To ensure the safety and prevention of potential spread of COVID-19 among guests, players, performers, and staff, and to comply with the latest information and guidelines issued by the national and municipal governments, this event will be held with a limited capacity and other precautionary measures highlighted below.

Please take extra caution to read the following set of guidelines in its entirety.

  • Please wear masks properly when entering the venue. Guests without masks may be denied entry to the venue. Masks should always be worn properly, even after entering the venue.
  • Please wear masks manufactured with non-woven fabric.
  • Stationed staff at the venue entrance will be wearing either a mask or a face shield, as well as gloves.
  • Please follow instructions given by the stationed staff at the non-contact temperature checkpoint when entering the venue.
  • Guests with a temperature of 37.5 degrees Celsius or above, or with any of the following symptoms, may be denied entry to the venue:
    Coughing, shortness of breath, fatigue, sore throat, nasal discharge and blockage, changes to sense of taste and smell, eye pain and conjunctival inflammation, headache, joint and muscle pain, diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting.
  • In addition to the above, entry may be denied to those who have stayed in "countries/regions subject to denial of permission to enter Japan" as designated by the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act within the past 14 days; those who have tested positive for COVID-19 and have been instructed to stay at home; and those who have been in close contact with those who have tested positive for COVID-19 or are suspected of being infected.
  • Please thoroughly disinfect your hands with alcohol disinfectant and cooperate with baggage inspection (please reveal the contents of your baggage by yourself) when entering the venue.
  • Please follow instructions given by the stationed staff when lining up.
  • Guidance at the venue entrance and inside the venue will be given with full consideration to proper social distancing.
  • Please wear masks while waiting in line, and refrain from speaking with other guests.
  • Please install the COVID-19 Contact-Confirming Application (COCOA) prior to your arrival at the venue. Guests may be denied entry for failing to demonstrate installation of the application.

  • Please maintain social distancing, follow cough etiquette, and refrain from unnecessary movement from your seat or loitering in the aisles or lobby.
  • Please refrain from unnecessary conversations with other guests.
  • Please refrain from eating within the venue. Please prepare beverages in PET bottles or other containers with lids. Please drink only in the designated areas and remain considerate of other nearby guests.
  • Please remain seated when viewing the event; standing spectatorship is prohibited.
  • Please refrain from cheering during the event to prevent airborne transmission.
  • Please wear masks at all times during the event.
  • Please refrain from potentially dangerous actions, including running on stage from your designated seat, pushing forward, climbing over the fences, running inside the venue or along the aisles, or standing on chairs.
  • Guests who fail to comply with instructions given by stationed staff may be asked to leave the venue.
  • To avoid congestion and crowding at the venue exit and surrounding area, guests will be asked to exit the venue in a staggered fashion.
  • Please follow instructions given by the stationed staff when exiting the venue after the event.
  • Please do not loiter at the surrounding area and promptly depart from the venue after the event.
  • Please carry all masks used home.
  • Guests are responsible for all travel expenses (transportation, parking, etc.), even should the event become cancelled.
  • Please use public transportation to travel to the venue. There are no dedicated parking spaces for this event.
  • Waiting or arrival at the venue from the previous day is strictly prohibited.
  • Guests may be asked to wait outdoors if it becomes congested before the venue opens. In such a case, guests shall be responsible for their own health.
  • Guests in a wheelchair or those in need of special assistance shall attend with a companion.
  • Pets are prohibited in the venue (excluding guide dogs, hearing dogs, and service dogs).
  • Please refrain from any actions that may cause inconvenience to other guests or residents of the surrounding area.
  • There are no cloakrooms, baggage storage, or cosplay changing spaces for this event within the venue.
  • Please refrain from wearing unnecessarily revealing clothing, or clothing that may cause discomfort to other guests.
  • Please refrain from carrying luggage of large or long items that may cause inconvenience to other guests.
  • Please be aware that guests who are under the influence of alcohol, or have been deemed by stationed staff to be a potential nuisance to other guests, may be denied entry to the venue.
  • To ensure the safety of all guests, baggage will be inspected upon entry and re-entry.

It is strictly prohibited to carry in any items that are deemed dangerous. In addition, the use of fire within the venue is strictly prohibited.

[Dangerous items]

  • Firearms.
  • Sharp items such as cutters, and blades such as swords and knives (5.5 cm or longer).
    Scissors and razors with blades less than 5.5 cm in length are not subject to regulations.
  • Smoke bombs, firecrackers, fireworks, explosives, gunpowder, flares, oils, combustible materials, and other hazardous items.
    *All explosives and other items that may use explosives to produce fire, smoke, or sound.
  • Items that may be used as a weapon, such as model guns, air guns, hammers, screwdrivers, chains, ice picks, and pliers.
    *The following items are not subject to regulations:
    Items made with materials that do not pose a threat to other guests, such as paper or soft plastics, and are up to 50 cm in length.
  • Alcoholic substances.
  • Pets and animals (excluding guide dogs, hearing dogs, and service dogs).
  • Other items deemed dangerous by the stationed staff.
    *Inspection may be conducted on the contents of liquid containers, such as PET bottles.
    *Once an item has been deemed a prohibited item, guests may be denied entry to the venue unless the item is stored in a coin locker or disposed.
  • To ensure the safety of all guests, guests may be asked to enter the venue in a staggered fashion during times of congestion.
  • Please follow instructions given by the stationed staff within the venue. Guests who fail to comply with instructions may be asked to leave the venue.
  • The event organizers are not responsible for any accidents or incidents that arise from incompliance to instructions given by the stationed staff.
  • The event organizers are not responsible for any disputes between guests.
  • Congestion is expected for the duration of the event. Please refrain from actions such as running in the venue or pushing other guests.
  • Please observe common manners.
  • Smoking is prohibited within the venue. Please use the designated smoking area outside the venue and follow smoking etiquette.
  • Public announcements are not provided within the venue. Please decide in advance how to contact or where to rendezvous with your children or companions in case you become separated.
  • Wi-Fi is not provided for guests at the venue. Please prepare your own network connection if necessary.
  • Please be aware that in the event of unavoidable circumstances such as game server difficulties or natural disasters, the event may be temporarily suspended or canceled. In such an event, the event organizers will not provide compensation for transportation or accommodation costs for this event.
  • Event content, venue layout, stage program content and the schedule are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Please be aware that stationed staff will not accept gifts intended for guest performers.
  • Please be aware that flower stands are not accepted in consideration of event management.
  • Please refrain from taking pictures or recording in the venue except for your personal enjoyment. Please obtain permission from the persons concerned if you wish to photograph other guests.
  • Please do not disturb nearby guests when using light sticks or chemical lights (Cyalume). However, please refrain from using potentially dangerous light sticks, such as extremely glaring high-intensity light sticks (Daisenko, Ultra Orange light sticks, etc.), modified light sticks, or other lights sticks that are too bright or too long.
  • Light sticks and lighted signage that fall under the following specifications are deemed a potential nuisance to other guests, and hence are prohibited in the venue:
    - Items 30 cm or longer in length.
    - Modified items, such as those modified to have higher light intensity than commercially available counterparts.
    - Commercially available items that are effectively similar to the above (lights intended for commercial use, etc.).
    - Other items that may cause excessive inconvenience to other guests.
  • Only items sold at this event are allowed for items that create noise. Please be considerate of the viewing experience of other guests when using these items.
  • Please be aware that there is a limited supply of distributed goods.
  • Guests under 13 years old (12 years old or younger) should come to the event under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
  • Please do not litter within or outside the venue, and properly dispose of trash with the designated garbage disposal.
  • Please be aware that the event will be streamed and broadcasted, and there may be coverage or interviews conducted by the mass media. Guests are responsible for measures to prevent being filmed.
  • Please refrain from taking up space by sitting in the venue or by placing items such as picnic sheets or luggage.
  • All actions that directly or indirectly interfere with event management or progression of the event is prohibited.
  • Guests are responsible for their own luggage and belongings. The event organizers are not responsible for any theft or loss.
  • All guests arriving at the venue are assumed to have consented to all aforementioned.
